By using our Online Mental Wellness Support Services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before booking or participating in any session.


1. Nature of Services

  • Soul Flow Care, powered by NICE Skymed, provides non-clinical mental wellness education, guidance, and coaching for the Indian diaspora residing in Canada.

  • Services are conducted from India by trained wellness coaches and psychologists practicing under Indian standards.

  • Our services are educational and supportive, intended to **complement—not replace—**care from Canada-licensed mental health professionals.

  • No doctor–patient or therapist–client relationship is created through participation in any session.


2. Scope of Services

Our sessions may include:

  • Psychoeducation on stress, anxiety, low mood, sleep hygiene, and resilience.

  • Skills coaching in mindfulness, relaxation, and behavioral techniques for daily balance.

  • Preparation guidance for local clinical visits, including symptom tracking and question prompts.

  • Resource navigation for provincial and national crisis helplines and mental health directories in Canada.

  • Family education on supportive communication and healthy boundaries.


3. What We Do Not Provide

Soul Flow Care does not:

  • Diagnose, treat, or prescribe for any physical or mental health condition.

  • Offer psychotherapy, psychiatric counseling, or medical advice under Canadian jurisdiction.

  • Issue prescriptions, treatment plans, sick notes, or medical referrals.

  • Provide crisis or emergency intervention services.

  • Make guarantees or claims regarding clinical or therapeutic outcomes.

All diagnosis, treatment, and clinical management must be obtained through a Canada-licensed healthcare provider in your province or territory.


4. Session Process

  • Booking: Sessions must be booked at least 24 hours in advance to allow scheduling and preparation.

  • Delivery: Conducted online via secure platforms, led by India-based professionals.

  • Educational Summary: Participants may receive a personalized summary to share with their local clinician.

  • Follow-Up: Optional check-ins may support learning continuity and self-management practices.


5. Jurisdiction and Licensing

  • All services originate and are delivered from India and governed by Indian laws.

  • Practitioners are not licensed under any Canadian regulatory body (e.g., College of Psychologists or College of Social Workers).

  • By using this service, you acknowledge that sessions are non-clinical and not subject to Canadian health profession regulations.


6. Collaboration with Local Clinicians

  • With your consent, Soul Flow Care may share educational summaries with your Canada-licensed therapist, counselor, or physician to support care continuity.

  • Local clinicians retain full responsibility for assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and prescription within their professional jurisdiction.


7. User Responsibilities

  • Users agree to provide accurate information and use services responsibly for personal education and self-development.

  • Users must not rely on Soul Flow Care sessions for crisis or emergency support.

  • For worsening symptoms or safety concerns, users must contact local emergency or crisis services immediately.


8. Crisis and Emergency Situations

Soul Flow Care is not a crisis or emergency service.
If you or someone you know is in danger or experiencing a mental health crisis in Canada:

  • Call 911 for immediate assistance.

  • Contact the 9-8-8 Suicide Crisis Helpline (available 24/7 by call or text across Canada).

  • You may also reach local provincial or territorial crisis helplines and hospital emergency departments.


9. Payments, Refunds, and Cancellations

  • Fees are clearly displayed at booking and processed securely.

  • Sessions must be booked at least 24 hours in advance.

  • Cancellations made 24 hours before the session can be rescheduled.

  • Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy (available on the booking page).


10. Privacy and Data Protection

  • Soul Flow Care and NICE Skymed adhere to Indian and Canadian data protection standards.

  • Personal data is securely processed and stored in India, accessible only by authorized personnel.

  • Information may be shared with your healthcare provider only with your consent, or as legally required.

11. Limitation of Liability

  • Soul Flow Care and NICE Skymed shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services.

  • Users acknowledge that all services are informational and educational, not a substitute for licensed professional care.


12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

  • These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

  • Any dispute shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation, and if unresolved, shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, India.


13. Updates to Terms

Soul Flow Care reserves the right to amend or update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the service after updates implies acceptance of the revised Terms.

Terms and Conditions – Physical Health Support (Non-Clinical)

By using our Online Physical Health Support and Educational Consultation Services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before booking or participating in any session.


1. Nature of Services

  • Soul Flow Care, powered by NICE Skymed, provides non-clinical health information, education, and second-opinion reviews for individuals located in Canada.

  • Services are informational and educational in nature, conducted from India by qualified physicians and healthcare professionals registered under Indian medical regulations.

  • These services are intended to support discussions with a Canada-licensed clinician, not to diagnose, prescribe, or treat any medical condition.

  • No doctor-patient relationship is established between users and Soul Flow Care professionals.


2. Scope of Services

Our non-clinical physical health support includes:

  • Lifestyle and self-management education on topics such as nutrition, physical activity, sleep, and preventive wellness.

  • Preparation guidance for upcoming Canadian appointments or lab visits, including how to summarize concerns or organize medical documents.

  • Case summary review — structured reading of reports, lab results, or discharge summaries supplied by the user.

  • Educational second-opinion memo — written explanations of possible considerations and relevant guidelines to discuss with your local clinician.

  • Care navigation support — guidance on accessing licensed primary care, provincial resources, and walk-in services within Canada.

  • Cross-specialty educational panels — multidisciplinary discussion summaries for complex cases to help users prepare informed questions for their local care team.


3. What We Do Not Provide

Soul Flow Care does not:

  • Diagnose, prescribe, or initiate or modify treatment plans.

  • Provide medical prescriptions, sick notes, or device recommendations.

  • Order lab tests, imaging, or medical investigations in Canada.

  • Replace local or family physicians.

  • Offer emergency, urgent, or crisis intervention services.

  • Guarantee medical outcomes or therapeutic effects.

All clinical decisions and treatment actions must be taken by a Canada-licensed medical professional in your province or territory.


4. How the Process Works

  1. Booking:

    • Schedule a non-clinical educational session or document review online, at least 24 hours in advance.

  2. Intake:

    • Upload your reports and share your goals for educational guidance. You’ll review a consent notice explaining cross-border processing and service limits.

  3. Review:

    • India-based doctors review your submitted information and prepare an educational second-opinion memo outlining key discussion points and general guideline-based options.

  4. Summary Delivery:

    • You’ll receive a written summary designed to assist in conversations with your Canada-licensed clinician.

    • New reviews are provided only if updated medical records are submitted.

    • For new, worsening, or emergency symptoms, users must seek licensed local care immediately.


5. Working With Local Clinicians

  • With your consent, Soul Flow Care may share your educational memo with your Canada-licensed healthcare provider.

  • Your local clinician retains full authority for diagnosis, prescribing, ordering tests, and medical treatment under provincial regulations.

  • Our role is supportive and informational, designed to enhance your understanding and preparation for clinical discussions.


6. User Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate and complete health information for educational purposes only.

  • Use the information provided as supplementary educational input, not as medical advice or treatment instructions.

  • For any urgent, severe, or worsening symptoms, contact a licensed Canadian healthcare provider or emergency services immediately.


7. Red-Flag and Emergency Situations

Soul Flow Care is not an emergency or urgent-care service.
If you experience severe symptoms or a medical crisis in Canada:

  • Call 911 for immediate medical assistance.

  • Visit the nearest emergency department or urgent-care clinic.

  • Contact your Canada-licensed physician or a telehealth service in your province.

Second-opinion or educational reviews are not suitable for emergency or time-sensitive conditions.


8. Payments, Refunds, and Cancellations

  • Fees are displayed transparently at booking and processed securely.

  • Sessions must be booked at least 24 hours before the desired time.

  • Cancellations with minimum 24-hour notice may be rescheduled.

  • By using this platform, you agree to hold Soul Flow Care and its professionals harmless from any outcomes related to medical decision-making or local care actions.


11. Jurisdiction and Governing Law

  • These Terms are governed by and construed under the laws of India.

  • Any dispute shall first be resolved through good-faith discussion, and if unresolved, will fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, India.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Soul Flow Care, we understand that plans can change. Please review our policy before booking your session:

Cancellation Policy

  • You may cancel your session on the same day of your appointment.

  • All cancellations must be made before the scheduled session time.


Refund Policy

  • If you cancel on the same day, you can request a refund immediately.

  • Once approved, your refund will be initiated within 7–8 business days.

  • Refunds are processed to the original method of payment.


Terms & Conditions

  • No-shows (missing a session without cancellation) are not eligible for refunds.

  • You may request rescheduling, subject to availability.

  • Refund timelines may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

  • In cases of technical errors or duplicate payments, refunds will be processed after verification.
