After you sign up, we’ll connect you with a therapist who best matches your goals, preferences, and concerns. If at any point you feel the therapist isn’t the right fit, you can easily switch and be matched with another therapist.

In your first session, the therapist will introduce themselves, explain how they work, and discuss possible ways to support you. They’ll ask simple questions about your background, feelings, and goals. This session is mainly about building comfort and trust, so you feel safe sharing your story and starting your healing journey.

The cost of therapy at SoulFlow Care is charged 70-100CAD per session, and pricing may vary based on your location, preferences, and therapist availability.

You’ll book a session time in advance, and at the scheduled time, simply log in and join the video session shared by your therapist—easy and familiar, just like Google Meet.
