Welcome to SoulFlow Care, powered by NICE Skymed (India).
By using our Online Mental Wellness Support Services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before booking or participating in any session.
1. Nature of Services

Soul Flow Care, powered by NICE Skymed, provides non-clinical mental wellness education, guidance, and coaching for the Indian diaspora residing in Canada.

Services are conducted from India by trained wellness coaches and psychologists practicing under Indian standards.

Our services are educational and supportive, intended to **complement—not replace—**care from Canada-licensed mental health professionals.

No doctor–patient or therapist–client relationship is created through participation in any session.
2. Scope of Services
Our sessions may include:

Psychoeducation on stress, anxiety, low mood, sleep hygiene, and resilience.

Skills coaching in mindfulness, relaxation, and behavioral techniques for daily balance.

Preparation guidance for local clinical visits, including symptom tracking and question prompts.

Resource navigation for provincial and national crisis helplines and mental health directories in Canada.

Family education on supportive communication and healthy boundaries.
3. What We Do Not Provide
Soul Flow Care does not:

Diagnose, treat, or prescribe for any physical or mental health condition.

Offer psychotherapy, psychiatric counseling, or medical advice under Canadian jurisdiction.

Issue prescriptions, treatment plans, sick notes, or medical referrals.

Provide crisis or emergency intervention services.

Make guarantees or claims regarding clinical or therapeutic outcomes.
All diagnosis, treatment, and clinical management must be obtained through a Canada-licensed healthcare provider in your province or territory.
4. Session Process

Booking: Sessions must be booked at least 24 hours in advance to allow scheduling and preparation.

Delivery: Conducted online via secure platforms, led by India-based professionals.

Educational Summary: Participants may receive a personalized summary to share with their local clinician.

Follow-Up: Optional check-ins may support learning continuity and self-management practices.
5. Jurisdiction and Licensing

All services originate and are delivered from India and governed by Indian laws.

Practitioners are not licensed under any Canadian regulatory body (e.g., College of Psychologists or College of Social Workers).

By using this service, you acknowledge that sessions are non-clinical and not subject to Canadian health profession regulations.
6. Collaboration with Local Clinicians

With your consent, Soul Flow Care may share educational summaries with your Canada-licensed therapist, counselor, or physician to support care continuity.

Local clinicians retain full responsibility for assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and prescription within their professional jurisdiction.
7. User Responsibilities

Users agree to provide accurate information and use services responsibly for personal education and self-development.

Users must not rely on Soul Flow Care sessions for crisis or emergency support.

For worsening symptoms or safety concerns, users must contact local emergency or crisis services immediately.
8. Crisis and Emergency Situations
SoulFlow Care is not a crisis or emergency service.
If you or someone you know is in danger or experiencing a mental health crisis in Canada:

Call 911 for immediate assistance.

Contact the 9-8-8 Suicide Crisis Helpline (available 24/7 by call or text across Canada).

You may also reach local provincial or territorial crisis helplines and hospital emergency departments.
9. Payments, Refunds, and Cancellations

Fees are clearly displayed at booking and processed securely.

Sessions must be booked at least 24 hours in advance.

Cancellations made 24 hours before the session can be rescheduled.

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy (available on the booking page).
10. Privacy and Data Protection

Soul Flow Care and NICE Skymed adhere to Indian and Canadian data protection standards.

Personal data is securely processed and stored in India, accessible only by authorized personnel.

Information may be shared with your healthcare provider only with your consent, or as legally required.

11. Limitation of Liability

Soul Flow Care and NICE Skymed shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services.

Users acknowledge that all services are informational and educational, not a substitute for licensed professional care.
12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

Any dispute shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation, and if unresolved, shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, India.
13. Updates to Terms
Soul Flow Care reserves the right to amend or update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the service after updates implies acceptance of the revised Terms.
Astro Wellness Support
1. Nature of Service
SoulFlow Care provides Astro Wellness Support, which includes:
- Online guidance based on cosmic principles, energy awareness, intuitive insights, and spiritual well-being.
- General suggestions for personal reflection, emotional balance, and holistic alignment.
- Non-medical and non-clinical wellness perspectives intended for personal growth.
All guidance is informational, general, and non-professional.
2. What We Do Not Provide
SoulFlow Care does NOT provide any of the following:
2.1 Medical or Health Services
- No diagnosis, treatment, or cure of physical or mental health conditions.
- No medical advice, therapy, or psychiatric/psychological care.
- No emergency, crisis, or suicide-prevention support.
If you require medical or mental health assistance, please contact a licensed professional or emergency service in your area.
2.2 Legal or Financial Advice
- No legal consultation.
- No financial or investment instruction.
2.3 Guarantees or Predictive Outcomes
- Cosmic support is not a prediction tool, and no outcome is guaranteed.
- Any intuitive suggestions or spiritual guidance are subjective and should be interpreted with personal discretion.
2.4 Offline or In-Person Services
- We do not offer physical healing, rituals, ceremonies, or in-person sessions.
3. Eligibility
To use our services, you must:
- Be at least 18 years old, or have parental/guardian consent.
- Use the services for personal wellness only.
- Provide accurate information during appointments or communication.
4. Limitation of Liability
By using SoulFlow Care:
- You understand that all information is for self-exploration and general spiritual guidance only.
- You agree that SoulFlow Care, its practitioners, and associates are not liable for any decisions or actions you take based on the guidance.
- You accept full responsibility for your personal choices.
SoulFlow Care is not liable for:
- Any physical, emotional, or financial outcomes.
- Any loss, damage, or consequences arising from the use of our services.
5. No Professional Relationship
Use of our services does not create:
- A doctor–patient relationship
- A therapist–client relationship
- A legal advisor–client relationship
- Any regulated professional partnership
Our practitioners are not acting as healthcare providers, therapists, or licensed professionals in any field.
6. Privacy and Confidentiality
We respect your privacy. All sessions and communications are kept confidential except where disclosure is required by law (e.g., risk of harm, court orders, or legal obligations).

7. Prohibited Use
You agree not to:
- Misuse or disrupt the website.
- Use guidance for harmful, illegal, or unethical activities.

Physical Health Support
1. Nature of Services
SoulFlow Care provides non-clinical, non-diagnostic physical health guidance, wellness support, and health education to the Indian diaspora residing in Canada.
All services are delivered from India by qualified wellness practitioners under Indian practice standards.
Our physical health support is strictly educational and advisory, intended to support general wellness—not to replace medical assessments, treatments, or services from Canada-licensed healthcare professionals.
No doctor–patient relationship is established at any point.
2. Scope of Services
Our physical health support may include:
- Lifestyle and wellness guidance (nutrition basics, healthy habits, daily routine planning).
- General fitness and mobility suggestions.
- Psychoeducation related to physical–mental wellbeing balance.
- Guidance on preparing for clinical visits, including symptom logs and self-monitoring checklists.
- Health awareness education (chronic disease basics, preventive wellness awareness).
- Navigation support to help users understand how to access Canadian healthcare resources.
3. What We Do Not Provide
SoulFlow Care does NOT:
- Diagnose or treat any disease, illness, or medical condition.
- Prescribe medications, supplements, or therapeutic medical plans.
- Provide physiotherapy, chiropractic care, or regulated rehabilitation services under Canadian law.
- Offer imaging interpretation (X-ray, MRI, CT scan, lab reports, etc.).
- Issue prescriptions, medical certificates, sick notes, or referrals.
- Provide emergency, urgent care, or clinical intervention of any kind.
- Make claims or guarantees regarding clinical outcomes or medical improvement.
All medical assessments and treatments must be obtained from a Canada-licensed physician, nurse practitioner, physiotherapist, or other regulated health professional.
4. Session Process
Booking:
All sessions must be booked at least 24 hours in advance.
Delivery:
Sessions are conducted online using secure platforms by India-based practitioners.
Educational Summary:
You may receive a general wellness summary for personal use or to share with your local clinician.
Follow-Up:
Optional follow-up sessions may be recommended to support your ongoing health habits.
5. Jurisdiction and Licensing
- All services originate from India and are governed by Indian laws.
- Our practitioners are not licensed under Canadian regulatory bodies (e.g., College of Physicians and Surgeons, Physiotherapy Colleges, Dietetics Colleges).
- By using our service, you acknowledge that this is not a clinical/medical service under Canadian jurisdiction.
6. Collaboration with Local Healthcare Providers
With your explicit consent, Soul Flow Care may share general wellness summaries with your Canada-licensed doctor, physiotherapist, or other clinicians to support care continuity.
Local Canadian healthcare providers remain solely responsible for:
- Diagnosis
- Treatment
- Clinical decision-making
- Prescriptions
- Medical management
7. User Responsibilities
Users agree to:
- Provide accurate health information during sessions.
- Use the service for educational purposes only.
- Seek immediate medical attention for any worsening symptoms or health concerns.
- Understand that SoulFlow Care is not a substitute for professional medical care.
8. Crisis and Emergency Situations
SoulFlow Care does not offer emergency or urgent care services.
If you are experiencing a medical emergency in Canada:
- Call 911 immediately
- Visit your nearest emergency department
Contact provincial health helplines (e.g., Telehealth Ontario, HealthLink BC, etc.)
Cancellation & Refund Policy
At Soul Flow Care, we understand that plans can change. Please review our policy before booking your session:
Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your session on the same day of your appointment.

All cancellations must be made before the scheduled session time.
Refund Policy
- If you cancel on the same day, you can request a refund immediately.
- Once approved, your refund will be initiated within 7–8 business days.
- Refunds are processed to the original method of payment.
Terms & Conditions

No-shows (missing a session without cancellation) are not eligible for refunds.
